What is CENA?

The CENA League is about to enter into its eighth year, and every year sees the number of teams entering grow. So much so, that this season (2006/07) sees the expansion of the third division from 6 to 8 teams, taking the total teams in the League from 22 to 24.

The league operates at a central venue, Westwoods Health Club, on Sunday nights. There is normally six matches in an evening, using two courts.
